"BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY...
THEY GET EVEN.

Lillia has never had any problems dealing with boys who like her. Not until this summer, when one went too far. No way will she let the same thing happen to her little sister.

Kat is tired of the rumours, the insults, the cruel jokes. It all goes back to one person– her ex-best friend– and she's ready to make her pay.

Four years ago, Mary left Jar Island because of a boy. But she's not the same girl anymore. And she's ready to prove it to him.

Three very different girls who want the same thing: sweet, sweet revenge. And they won't stop until they each had a taste."

My Thoughts:

This is my first time reading both of Jenny Han's and Siobhan Vivian's writing. I have to say I was sucked into the story from the start.

This is the classic tale of mean girls revenge. However these mean girls are from the serepate groups of their high school. There's the popular girl in Lillia, the bad girl Kat and the "new girl" Mary. After each having issues they can't seem to deal with the band together to take down those who have wronged them in the past.

But where this story ends will leaving you scratching your heads. I hope there will be a second book. To see where these girls have ended up.If they didn't get caught and if they became friends after everything.

I have since learned there is not just a second book but a third as well!!

5/5 stars. Happy Reading, Ashley

My Thoughts:
Shadow Of The Blood Moon is the sequel to Ties Of The Blood Moon which I loved. So I had very high hopes for the sequel. I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest. Robin brought everything I loved from the first one and even more to the second book. There were so many twists and turns. My head is still spinning from the ending. I don’t think I can’t wait to long for the third installment in this series. I need to know what becomes of Genevieve, William, and everyone else.

I absolutely loved this book. This is an awesome vampire, werewolves supernatural story. I am glad to have been given a chance to review it. Looking for to book number three!!!

So if you love action, romance, vampires, werewolves and a leading female character not afraid to kick some butt. Then you need to pick up this series!!

Plus the covers are amazing!! My favorite has to be the cover for Shadows Of The Blood Moon.

Robin, why did you have torture me with an ending like that?

"Project ELE
(Book one in The ELE Series)

Millions have already died, and thousands more are perishing daily. As a last ditch effort to preserve the human race, the government implements Project ELE. With the earth heating at rapid speeds, all remaining survivors are forced to turn to F.E.M.A. shelters to wait out ELE's wrath.

Fifteen-year-old Willow Mosby's life, as she knows it, ends the moment she walks through the shelter's door. Willow has to quickly adapt to the new challenges that shelter life demands, the least of which includes making new friends and working a full time job.

Soon after making an interesting discovery, Willow and her friends start exhibiting strange abilities. Seeking answers, they embark on a mission to find out what these new abilities mean and whether they are a gift or a curse.

This new adventure can send her world crashing down around her. The question is: Can Willow survive the fall?

From the authors of Night Marchers comes a new apocalyptic series with a paranormal twist."

-Information from Goodreads.com

My Thoughts:
Project ELE is told from the point of view of fifteen year old Willow Mosby. A teenage girl living in a world where this super virus has infected most of the population. There was a cure known as Counteractive Universal Recovery Elixir. Which helped for a few years. Will and her family await protection in the shelter for the next 3 years. While the virus is trying to be killed off by removing the patches over the sky and letting the earth heat.

However after the test Willow and her father are the only ones allowed entrance. So begins their lives in the underground shelter. They grow accustom to life in the shelter. Willow even makes friends with the shy Claire, Connor, and Alec. The three discover a hideaway place in the shelter. And its there that weird things start happening to them. They release there are secrets about the testing. Things quickly spiral down. Willow has to make a choice. How the book ended is something I didn’t see coming.

I really loved the characters. I felt like they were my best friends. I felt what they were going through. Willow is strong and has her moments of being vulnerable.

I can really see something like this being a reality someday.

For those of you who loved The Hunger Games, Delirium, Matched, Gone series. Then you should check this out.

"This hot new series follows a trio of Highland lairds, who are driving King James crazy with their constant clan battles and uproarious way of life.

Laird Ciaran MacGregor discovers the beautiful, wounded Lady Rosalia Armstrong while journeying to the king's court. Already burdened with the task of maintaining the peace in his lands, Ciaran has very little patience for this headstrong woman. She's as fearsome as the men trying to kill him for his lands, and their verbal sparring leaves him burning for a more intimate relationship. And if Rosalia's not careful, she'll soon discover his prowess...on and off the battlefield."

*NOTE THIS IS AN ADULT TITLE*

My Thoughts:
Wow, I'm speechless!! This is definitely a sexy times novel!!

Lady Rosalia is being forced into a loveless marriage to Lord Dunnehl because her family doesn't have any money. Disagreeing with this decision her parents treat her cruelly. Forcing her to leave. Upon leaving she meets Laird Ciaran MacGregor. He agrees to escort her to her family's estate in the Highlands. However she stays with him and his family. Of course a romance starts between the two. There is a fight with the bloody Campbells.

Is there a happy ending? I'm not saying. You will have to pick this hot historical romance up for yourself.

Looking forward to the rest of the series.
