My Overall Thoughts:
Paranormalcy by Kiersten White, is her debut novel. A fast paced novel teens will love. I know for me I was glued into this story from the first page.

Evie has been at the International Paranormal Containment Agency she was 8 years old. She works for them because of her unique ability to see through Paranormal's glamours.  Its actually how the agency was started is because of her.

However things aren't as well as Evie believes them to be. There has been attacks on pararnormals and they're being killed. Lend a shape-shifter, breaks into IPCA to find out who is responsible. He is the first to have ever broken into the agency. He and Evie form a friendship.
