Friday Reads #4

Friday Reads # 4 and Weekend Reads. I am taking part in the Bout of Books 22. I've read 4 books so far. And I'm currently reading a book on my kindle and have another one line up. If I can finish them both over the weekend that would be great. I might read another Goosebumps book.

The two books I have on my kindle right now:
Vanilla and Vice by Tabatha Vargo and Melissa Andrea  (I'm 23% done with it )
Doppelbanger by Heather M. Orgeron

If I have finish them I will pick up Monster Blood 4 by R.L. Stine. I'm trying to read or reread the Goosebumps I have. I know there were some I never read as a kid. I also have the Shivers series, same goes with them. There are some I read as a kid.

Friday Reads/ Weekend Reading 5/11/2018

This is my Friday reads and weekend reading plans. I'm currently reading 2 books. I'm listening to Melissa Explains It All: Tales from My Abnormally Normal Life on my audiobooks on my Kindle. I'm 12% in and liking it so far.

I'm also reading on my kindle Backseat With The Millionaire by Lilah May , currently at 14%.

My goal is to finish both of these books up by Monday. So I can start something new for the Bout Of Books 22 readathon.

Friday Reads #3

I am almost finished reading Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. Once I finish it I have on my kindle from my library's overdrive Everless by Sara Holland. Seems to be an interesting YA fantasy. I finished reading yesterday Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. It was amazing!!! If you would like a review let me know.

Friday Reads #2

So I'm still rereading Beautiful Creatures.... I think I might put it to the side for now. I am not wanting to read at all. This year is all about me just enjoying reading again. Not putting pressure on myself. But yet I kinda am putting pressure on myself.

What do you all do when you feel a reading slump coming on? I know some people like rereading a favorite book to help them get back into the swing of reading. I am finding myself just wanting to watch true crime shows... It is the only thing I have been watching the past week or so.

I do have plans tomorrow night with my family. We are celebrating my brother and his girlfriend's birthdays early. It will be a good time. I sometimes need time with my family. It is the best therapy in the world.

Friday Reads #1

These posts will be up on Fridays telling of my plans for the weekend. As well as the book or books I am currently reading or hoping to get to over the weekend.

Right now for the first ever Friday Reads post. I decided I wanted to finish up The Castor Chronicles by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. I am rereading book one Beautiful Creatures.I first read this book back in 2013. I'm only on page 61 out of 563.

Guess we will see how far I get or if I finish it on my Reading Wrap Up post on Monday or Tuesday.

I don't have any other plans other then the usual house cleaning and taking care of the furbabies.


So hopefully I can read a lot over the weekend.
