| I received a ebook ARC copy from the author exchange for an honest review. Having loved The Black Mage:First Year. I was eagerly awaiting the sequel. And it did not disappoint. From the first page to the last you're kept on your toes. Ryiah, Alex, Ella and Darren go through many changes. I was a bit upset with Prince Darren. If you've read the book you'll know why. But he shocked me there at the last few pages. I'm even more excited for the next installment to the series. If I could I'd give this a million stars!!!! But alas Goodreads only has 5. So that's my rating 5/5 stars!!! Pick up this series. If you love young adult fantasy, kick ads female heroines. Happy Reading, Ashley P.S.
